SEEN is a creative studio. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
Your name, contact details and project details you send through our forms; account details for portal users; and for freelancers and affiliates, bank transfer details (IBAN) used only to pay what you've earned.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request, deliver our services, issue invoices and receipts, and pay out earnings. We never sell your data.
How we protect it
We store data with trusted providers under limited access, encrypt bank details, and log access to sensitive data.
Your rights
